Veterans Day is a time to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. Communities throughout York County, Pennsylvania, are coming together in November to recognize local veterans through special ceremonies, breakfasts, community dinners, and other opportunities to show their appreciation.
Whether you're a veteran, a military family member, or a community member looking for ways to say thank you, there are several local events and activities to consider. From free breakfasts honoring veterans and their families to special Veterans Day offers at local businesses, these events provide meaningful ways to recognize the sacrifices and service of our nation's heroes.
Please note: this is a living guide! More Veterans Day events will be added as details become available, so check back for updates.
Want your event included? Local organizations, businesses, and community groups are invited to submit their Veterans Day events for free. Email event details to sarahfrane@macaronikid.com for consideration.
